CHARDONNAY 2018
Ripe wheat color. Aromas of chamomile and ripe citrus. Voluminous, pronounced in the palate, Stone fruits, persistent.
Served at 11º, Mediterranean dishes off fish and White meat, rice, pasta, medium ripening cheeses. Mallorcan style Sea Bass, Rabbit with langoustines and roasted almond sauce, Arroz Brut.

Lemon juice color. Freshly squeezed citrus aromas. Voluminous and crisp on the palate, lively persistence of tropical fruits.
Served at 11º Mediterranean dishes of fish, White meats, rice, pasta and half aged cheeses. Sea Bream in Salt, White meat stews, grilled cuttlefish, stuffed aubergines, marine rice (ideally black with squid ink) long aged or cured cheeses. Almond gatò.
